Description

  • Provide NetSuite consulting expertise to address complex client requirements.
  • Conduct business process mapping and requirements-gathering sessions with new and existing customers.
  • Support consulting engagements through process analysis, recommendations, and transactional flow analysis.
  • Evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer requests while managing scope and expectations.
  • Perform or delegate data migration tasks, including cleansing, file manipulation, and mapping.
  • Deliver training and consulting services onsite and via web-based sessions.
  • Lead specific process areas within business requirements documentation efforts.
  • Maintain process diagrams, documentation, and leading practices for NetSuite configuration.
  • Define user acceptance testing scenarios and support customers through testing and implementation.
  • Guide customers through change management with positive client interactions.
  • Assist the sales team with product demonstrations for prospects.
  • Contribute to approved AI-enabled client solutions and collaborate on compliant AI opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of professional services experience, including at least 2 years in business process analysis and solution design focused on Accounting and Finance.
  • Experience leading and/or participating in 5–10 multi-phased NetSuite ERP implementations or service engagements.
  • Experience with planning, delegation, status updates, functional and technical work, process discovery, design and mapping, training, testing, go-live support, and project management.
  • Experience coordinating projects or teams, including meeting scheduling and preparation.
  • Experience capturing meeting notes, organizing documentation, and preparing recaps.
  • Experience managing multiple schedules, tasks, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading client-facing engagements independently and working within a scope of work.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong team and client relationships.
  • Must be based in the Philippines and available for a fully remote role.
  • CPA qualification preferred or actively working toward CPA designation.
  • NetSuite SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or ERP Consultant certification preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Advanced experience using Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Comfort responsibly using firm-approved AI tools and a willingness to learn emerging technologies, including AI and automation.
