Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) projects and strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, reporting structures, and executive communications.
  • Manage geographically distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Drive collaboration between business, technology, operations, Oracle partners, and third-party vendors.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive-level status reviews.
  • Own project budgets, forecasts, cost optimization initiatives, and financial reporting.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Lead delivery using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
  • Ensure successful implementation, integration, enhancement, or migration of Oracle Transportation Management solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of project and program management experience.
  • 15+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale projects and programs, including Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations and transformations.
  • Hands-on experience managing Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations is mandatory.
  • Proven experience leading OTM deployment, upgrade, migration, integration, or transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of transportation, logistics, supply chain, and freight management processes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams of 20+ resources across multiple geographies.
  • Expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and resource planning.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
  • Experience managing executive stakeholders and steering committees.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, and/or Scrum certifications (preferred).
  • Experience working with Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions (preferred).
  • Experience leading digital transformation, cloud migration, AI, or enterprise application modernization programs (preferred).
  • Experience working within global matrix organizations (preferred).
  • Exposure to PMO governance frameworks (preferred).
  • Experience collaborating with teams across APAC, Europe, and the Americas (preferred).
  • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, or supply chain industries (preferred).
