Description

  • Manage multiple large and complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
  • Oversee all project phases in accordance with Cority’s implementation methodology.
  • Ensure completion of all deliverables defined in the implementation methodology and customer project plan.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external project stakeholders, management, and delivery teams.
  • Manage client expectations around effort, duration, and cost.
  • Work with the sales team to identify customer requirements and support accurate engagement scoping.
  • Facilitate change orders, including associated effort and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of consultants, developers, and client resources to implement Cority software.
  • Manage change processes and communicate impacts to the client.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules, budgets, timelines, deliverables, risks, and issues.
  • Hold status meetings and communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate project progress.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • PMP designation preferred.
  • EHSQ experience preferred.
  • Experience creating Statements of Work and estimating effort and cost preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project.
  • Proven leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined project delivery environment.
  • Self-starter and fast learner with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to quickly develop technical understanding of customer solutions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5%.
