Description

  • Own Salesforce platform configuration standards and declarative architecture.
  • Design and maintain scalable solutions using Flows, the security model, data structure, and reporting.
  • Enforce automation design standards, configuration governance, and sustainable platform practices.
  • Ensure alignment between the data model, permissions, and integration touchpoints.
  • Monitor platform reliability and proactively resolve issues.
  • Support structured release, documentation, and validation practices.
  • Translate business requirements into supportable platform designs.
  • Partner with developers and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce administration best practices and declarative/security-model design.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce integrations, including custom and/or managed packages.
  • Strong systems thinking and independent, self-directed execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification(s) preferred.
  • Experience supporting Revenue Cloud/CPQ or Service Cloud preferred.
  • Experience working within structured governance and release models preferred.
  • Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day platform work preferred.
