Description

  • Own Salesforce enhancements end-to-end, including building automation, running QA/UAT, managing deployments, and documenting changes.
  • Maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, Process Builder, and other Salesforce automation features.
  • Create and maintain product rules, product actions, product configuration, and advanced approval rules.
  • Serve as the primary owner for CPQ troubleshooting and resolve quoting issues with CPQ, Sales, and Sales Operations teams.
  • Manage related sales technology connected to Salesforce and oversee how data moves between systems.
  • Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and leadership to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage data imports, deduplication, and database cleanup to maintain data accuracy.
  • Train sales team members on tools, processes, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Salesforce.com Administrator Certification (ADMIN 201) required.
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, with closer to 5 preferred.
  • Experience in a technology, SaaS, or high-growth environment preferred.
  • Experience at a smaller or leaner organization with broad platform ownership.
  • Strong Salesforce experience with custom reporting/dashboarding, automation, object relationships, field types, and security model concepts.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working with large datasets using Excel, Google Sheets, SoQL, or reporting tools to analyze and surface insights.
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead Salesforce-related projects and initiatives.
  • Experience with Gong or other revenue intelligence or connected sales tools preferred.
  • Experience with Impartner or another PRM platform preferred.
  • Advanced Salesforce certifications beyond Administrator preferred.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and related concepts preferred.
