Description

  • Set the product vision and direction, including opportunities for cross-product collaboration, standardization, and unification.
  • Design and prioritize product strategies and features using AI, machine learning, data, and tools to create differentiated value for network users.
  • Own the product development lifecycle from discovery and ideation through implementation, launch, and ongoing improvement.
  • Lead dedicated cross-functional squads across engineering, design, and go-to-market functions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Professional Services, Sales, and Success leaders to define the product value proposition and adoption approach.
  • Conduct market research, user analysis, and experimentation to identify product opportunities and validate hypotheses.
  • Drive development activities including requirement gathering, technical specifications, user testing, backlog management, epics, and user stories.
  • Create customer-facing and internal materials such as documents, presentations, articles, and training content.
  • Facilitate launch, adoption, and go-to-market execution for new products and features.
  • Influence stakeholders and make timely decisions in a complex cross-functional environment.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of product management experience, preferably with direct ownership of AI/ML or generative AI products.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies.
  • Strong familiarity with data science principles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Savvi AI, or SageMaker.
  • 4+ years working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process.
  • Experience using Jira, SQL, and product analytics tools such as Heap, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
  • Proven track record of launching and managing payments products in a competitive environment.
  • Experience building APIs, products, and complex systems at scale.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex AI and data concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present to C-level leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or relevant professional experience.
  • Preferred: Experience with invoice-to-cash processes in a B2B setting, especially AR billing, treasury, and banking services.
  • Preferred: Experience in fintech or payments.
  • Preferred: Technical understanding of payment frameworks.
  • Preferred: Ability to connect to databases to inspect or change data.
  • Preferred: Entrepreneurial, scrappy, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
