Description

  • Coordinate assigned software and technology projects from planning through to delivery.
  • Maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs, action registers and dashboards.
  • Work with engineering, product, operations and customer-facing teams to keep delivery on track.
  • Support release planning, deployment readiness and post-release follow-up.
  • Track risks, issues, actions and dependencies, escalating early when required.
  • Support customer communication, scope control and project financial tracking.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in software, IT or technology delivery.
  • Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban or hybrid delivery approaches.
  • Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or similar tools.
  • Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, including requirements, development, testing, release and change control.
  • Strong stakeholder communication, meeting facilitation, problem-solving and escalation judgment.
  • Ability to work effectively with software engineers, testers, product owners, operations teams and customer-facing stakeholders.
  • Exposure to enterprise software, APIs, databases, cloud platforms or regulated technology environments is advantageous.
  • A tertiary qualification in information technology, software engineering, business, project management or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Equivalent practical experience in software or technology project delivery will also be considered.
  • Project management certification such as Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP or similar is advantageous but not essential.
