Description

Lead client technology project implementations while meeting scope, quality, and timeline requirements.
Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Defender, Sentinel, Purview, and related infrastructure technologies.
Implement Microsoft security and compliance solutions for endpoint protection, threat detection, identity security, monitoring, and data governance.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients during planning, execution, troubleshooting, and handoff.
Support security-focused initiatives including tool deployments, configuration changes, policy implementation, and security improvements.
Produce implementation notes, as-built documentation, knowledge base articles, and client-facing technical documentation.
Identify process improvements and recommend updates to SOPs and knowledge base content.
Proactively identify technical risks, security gaps, and implementation issues and recommend solutions.
Provide technical guidance during project execution and share knowledge with peers.
Ensure delivered solutions meet client expectations and support long-term operational stability and security.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience implementing and supporting IT infrastructure and Microsoft technology projects.
Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft cloud, security, endpoint, and infrastructure technologies.
Experience implementing Microsoft security solutions such as Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Purview, or Microsoft Intune.
Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting or project-based environment.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on implementation experience in at least two technical areas, including Microsoft Security & Compliance technologies.
Preferred experience working for an MSP, using PSA tools such as ConnectWise, and using RMM tools such as ConnectWise Automate or Kaseya.
Preferred experience supporting multiple client environments and delivering Microsoft security and compliance projects.
Preferred certifications include AZ-104, MS-102, MD-102, SC-200, SC-400, SC-100, CCNA, Fortinet NSE 4, SonicWall CSSA, VCTA, VCP, or Intune/Endpoint Management certifications.
Home office setup with a computer of at least 8GB RAM and supported Windows 11, macOS 12+, or specified Intel/AMD processor requirements.
Stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps upload and download speeds, plus a noise-canceling headset, smartphone with Microsoft Authenticator, HD webcam, and second monitor.
Able to work full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
Able to pass online behavior and cognitive assessments.
Preferably at least two certifications among CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or 3cx Basic Certified Engineer.
Able to provide NBI Clearance for PH applicants.
