Description

  • Coordinate cross-functional technical projects, managing timelines, resources, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Serve as a liaison between Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Product, and GTM teams on technical requirements and customer timelines.
  • Create and maintain project plans with milestones, deliverables, critical paths, schedules, and risk logs.
  • Facilitate communication between Account Management and Product, including action item tracking and customer communications for escalations and support.
  • Ensure technical deliverables such as documentation, integrations, and testing are completed on time.
  • Support enterprise customers through onboarding, growth, performance optimization, and overall success with Veriff's solutions.
  • Lead customers from onboarding to adoption and value realization while coordinating troubleshooting with support and engineering teams.
  • Provide regular status updates and project progress reports to leadership.
  • Guide customers with expert architectural and operational direction.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Principal Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, Software Engineering, or Technical Account Management at a SaaS company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, support, GTM, and product management.
  • Proven ability to manage clients effectively, take initiative, lead projects and global teams, and perform hands-on technical work.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align technical projects to business objectives (preferred).
  • Trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (preferred).
  • Knowledge of APIs (preferred).
  • Strong stakeholder management across engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams (preferred).
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and progress tracking (preferred).
  • Experience with customer-facing technical support or troubleshooting (preferred).
  • Familiarity with tactics to manage and grow accounts (preferred).
  • Experience within the IDV industry (preferred).

  • Base salary of $135,000 - $175,000 plus commission.
