Description

  • Partner with Account Executives to advance complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles across industries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on account strategy and identify expansion opportunities in existing accounts.
  • Reduce time to revenue by aligning customers to their implementation and onboarding plans.
  • Build trust with customers by understanding their goals and creating value-based relationships.
  • Develop and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Work with Product Management and Engineering to share field feedback and represent customer needs.
  • Manage customer integrations, proofs of concept, and tailored delivery plans to support timely and cost-efficient implementation.
  • Conduct discovery with clients to translate business objectives into technical specifications and ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Spanish, both written and verbal, to support LATAM operations.
  • Prior experience performing responsibilities such as demos, provisioning, requirement elicitation, testing, triage, QBRs, and renewals.
  • Experience with customer deployments and SaaS ecosystems, including APIs, webhooks, SDKs, web services, and SaaS models.
  • Previous experience interfacing with customers on highly technical solutions, preferably software.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language for non-technical audiences and stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn about identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance technology.
  • 2+ years of Solutions Engineering experience.
  • Familiarity with KYC/AML, digital identity verification, fraud detection, or fintech.
  • This is a junior role designed to provide exposure to customer-facing technical work.
  • Final-stage recruitment may require identity verification.
