Description

  • Partner with an assigned portfolio of schools to identify needs, uncover opportunities, and develop strategic account goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through email, ticketing, and phone communication.
  • Proactively monitor customer health and drive retention by addressing barriers to adoption and expansion.
  • Assess school business needs and recommend Veracross products or services that support long-term success.
  • Pass qualified opportunities for additional software needs to the sales organization.
  • Serve as an escalation path for customer concerns and coordinate internal resources to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with Support, Implementation, and Product Management to align on account strategy and improve renewal outcomes.
  • Use available resources and account insights to manage churn and maximize the value customers get from the platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent customer service experience.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience in high-energy, customer-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated success multitasking and managing multiple high-profile accounts.
  • Demonstrated success providing outstanding client service, with strong customer satisfaction or retention results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose lasting solutions.
  • Ability to operate with minimal guidance while still working with support from a manager and team.
  • Experience working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team culture.
  • Industry knowledge of the K-12 private school sector or other education SaaS products is a plus.
  • Comfort with research and analysis, including spotting trends in data and acting on them.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and monitor a portfolio of customers.
