Description

  • Create and execute a strategic territory plan to attract and close business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in large enterprise accounts.
  • Prospect, sell, and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close.
  • Leverage cross-functional relationships with business development, marketing, regional partners, and system integrators.
  • Accurately forecast sales outcomes and maintain a predictable sales cycle.
  • Engage with upper management to advance complex deals through the sales process.
  • Consult with prospects to shape value-based sales conversations from discovery through proof of concept and purchase order.
  • Participate in industry events with vendors and thought leaders.
  • Continue sales training and learning to further develop professional capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience selling technical B2B SaaS solutions to large enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Working knowledge of Force Management and MEDPICC deal qualification.
  • Ability to map and navigate complex relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Experience developing and testing champions and using executive sponsors to move opportunities forward.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Experience engaging with upper management on complex sales cycles.
