Description

  • Embed with enterprise clients to understand their organization, stakeholders, technology, and business model.
  • Identify high-value problems across operations, marketing, and finance, and address urgent needs quickly.
  • Design, build, and release end-to-end solutions on Venn’s platform and centralized client data.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to prioritize and shape the delivery roadmap.
  • Own solution outcomes and communicate learnings to Venn’s product team.
  • Scale successful client solutions beyond the initial deployment.

Requirements

  • Experience scoping and building products from 0 to 1 in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative AI, with an understanding of model behavior and product experience.
  • Ability to simplify complex problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Clear communication with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify risks early and adapt quickly.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site client work.
  • Experience as a founder or in a forward deployed engineering role (preferred).
  • Technical degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Customer-facing engineering or technical deployment experience and experience driving technology adoption in large enterprises (preferred).
  • Proficiency writing and reviewing production-grade frontend and backend code using Python, JavaScript, or comparable technologies (preferred).
