Description

  • Manage and implement new customers and their data across Keela and Raisely while working with 40+ customers simultaneously.
  • Lead end-to-end fundraising implementations, including donation form setup, campaign configuration, and peer-to-peer or event fundraising setup.
  • Support payment processor setup and troubleshooting as applicable.
  • Set up integrations and workflow processes within supported tools.
  • Migrate, validate, and improve customer contact, donation, campaign, and custom field data.
  • Provide consultative configuration, training, and follow-up by translating customer goals into practical system setups.
  • Build trusted customer relationships and help clients adopt best practices in fundraising operations, online giving, and donor stewardship.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Services, and Product to coordinate handoffs, improve the customer experience, and share product feedback.
  • Manage expectations and deliver projects on time and within scope while providing strong communication and leadership.
  • Develop deep product knowledge of Keela and Raisely and stay current on new features and fundraising best practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, customer engagement, and/or fundraising operations.
  • Experience supporting or implementing fundraising tools such as donation forms, campaigns, and CRMs is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel with strong data manipulation and analysis skills for accurate imports, exports, and reporting.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a strong desire to create value, solve problems, and delight customers.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and managing multiple software tools at once.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Experience providing technical and customer support through email and phone calls, with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and Salesforce is a bonus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, collaborative, and proactive in learning fundraising trends and platform best practices.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $58,000-$65,000 USD for US candidates or $65,000-$75,000 CAD for Canadian candidates.
  • Remote-first work environment with the flexibility to live and work wherever you are happiest.
