Description

  • Manage a portfolio of client projects with diverse marketing and communication needs, including integrated campaigns and reports.
  • Lead the development, implementation, optimization, and measurement of integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social, email, events, and other touchpoints.
  • Develop strategic briefs and communication strategies using research, data, and insights to define clear communications objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders while managing scope effectively.
  • Partner with creative teams, digital developers, and research and insights groups to produce effective solutions.
  • Guide clients and internal stakeholders on how and when to engage Marketing & Communications and identify opportunities to expand support.
  • Contribute to business development and proposal efforts, including project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
  • Champion a culture of creativity, collaboration, and client service across the department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional marketing and communications experience.
  • At least 3 years managing complex portfolios.
  • At least 5 years of marketing and communications project management experience.
  • Strong commitment to VEIC’s mission, vision, goals, and values.
  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies and channels.
  • Experience designing communications programs that drive awareness, participation, adoption, and behavior change.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, value propositions, customer journey mapping, and audience-centered communications planning.
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, data synthesis, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and presenting recommendations to senior leaders and clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tools such as Figma, Monday.com, and NetSuite.
  • Ability to learn new programs quickly.
  • Subject to criminal background checks as part of the hiring process.
