Description

  • Own the customer value journey from initial discovery through realized ROI for assigned process areas.
  • Lead executive storytelling and business value workshops to build the value case.
  • Cultivate executive sponsorship across business units and co-own change management with customer leaders.
  • Design center-of-excellence roadmaps that increase customer self-sufficiency.
  • Manage complex, multi-region transformation programs and coordinate cross-functional workstreams.
  • Own AI-driven account planning and AI-assisted project management.
  • Automate executive governance processes such as QBRs and steering committees.
  • Partner with Applied Value Engineers on deep technical solution builds and champion platform adoption.
  • Build strategic expansion roadmaps to drive broader Celonis adoption.
  • Provide feedback to R&D based on evolving customer use cases.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience owning complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
  • Strong background in enterprise IT and business software such as SAP, Workday, Salesforce, or Oracle.
  • Ability to operate as an AI-fluent operator using AI copilots for outputs and automations rather than heavy manual coding.
  • Proven experience delivering process improvements and value realization.
  • Demonstrated ability to orchestrate multi-region or business-unit transformation programs.
  • Experience mobilizing VP- and Director-level sponsorship and working with executive stakeholders.
  • Flawless English and native-level local language communication with strong executive presence.
  • Deep understanding of financial processes in the public sector domain.
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, a comparable technical field, or Business/Economics with a technical minor.
  • Active Security Clearance required; Secret or Top Secret preferred.
  • U.S. sponsorship is not offered for this role.
