Description

  • Enable technical sellers to position, sell, and win with Veeam.
  • Deliver Veeam product and technical certification training to partners.
  • Identify and educate partners on sales plays that support key business initiatives and pipeline growth.
  • Drive awareness of Veeam products and their differentiators.
  • Build relationships with partner technical leaders and influencers to expand account mindshare.
  • Foster relationships between partners and Veeam teams across the company.
  • Assist sales personnel in executing partner account strategy to maximize Veeam revenue.
  • Provide pre-sales support and subject matter expertise for meetings, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Use available resources effectively to meet and exceed area sales objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Previous pre-sales experience or demonstrated sales acumen preferred.
  • Extensive experience with cyber resilience and virtualization technologies.
  • VMware VCP and/or Microsoft MCITP, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience designing, building, or selling Veeam solutions.
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities.
  • Ability to travel 60%.
  • High-energy, motivated self-starter who can learn new technologies quickly.
  • Broad experience with storage, networking, servers, and applications, with depth in VMware virtual technologies and Microsoft Windows Server / Hyper-V.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeam or competitive solutions preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of data protection and disaster recovery technologies preferred.
  • Experience and understanding of channel sales and enablement preferred.
  • Experience with databases and management platforms such as Microsoft System Center preferred.
  • Experience with public cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS preferred.
  • Experience with scripting, orchestration, and workflow tools preferred.

Benefits

  • On Target Earnings salary range of $150,000 to $214,300 USD.
  • OTE structure that includes both base and variable pay.
