Description

  • Provide input into proposals and Statements of Work for professional services engagements.
  • Support delivery implementation and consulting services aligned with Veeam solution design and deliverables.
  • Guide project planning, schedules, communications, resources, and status updates across engagements.
  • Assist with assessment, design, and post-installation issue resolution for customer solutions.
  • Support implementation effort estimation for Veeam software solutions.
  • Create white papers, solution guides, best practices, and custom documentation.
  • Deliver onsite knowledge transfer for Veeam software solutions.
  • Document solution configurations and completed activities.
  • Analyze installed environments and recommend optimal Veeam software configurations.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and Veeam support.
  • Identify additional customer needs that can be addressed with Veeam solutions.
  • Provide input to improve internal processes and documentation.
  • Travel for overnight business stays as needed to meet company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology required, with equivalent education and experience considered.
  • VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE, or equivalent experience.
  • Prince2, ITIL, PMP, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeam core products.
  • Proven consulting and project management experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Significant experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Experience with disruptive storage systems and technologies such as Nimble, Nexsan, Actifio, or Veeam.
  • Hands-on experience with networking protocols and equipment, including Fibre Channel, Ethernet, and cloud services.
  • Experience with traditional storage and backup architectures such as EMC, NetApp, IBM, HP/3PAR, Hitachi, or Dell.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise applications such as Exchange, SQL, and Oracle.
  • Experience in data management, data protection, and data analytics.
  • Extensive experience with data center, business continuity, and operating systems.
  • Experience successfully managing multiple simultaneous projects and accounts.
  • Working knowledge of cloud technologies, capabilities, and protocols.
  • Business proficiency in Italian and English.
