Description

  • Develop a social-first content strategy that includes original series, behind-the-scenes narratives, and platform-native thought leadership content.
  • Build and execute TikTok and Reels strategies from the ground up, defining the brand’s visual language, tone, and personality.
  • Partner with design teams to create bold, modern graphics and visual approaches that stop the scroll.
  • Identify and collaborate with industry influencers and internal subject matter experts to humanize the brand.
  • Develop proactive community engagement strategies that go beyond responding to comments and help turn followers into advocates.
  • Monitor real-time trends, memes, and industry shifts to insert the brand into relevant conversations quickly and appropriately.
  • Lead creative efforts that help executives and engineers become more relatable industry voices.
  • Use analytics to evaluate and refine content performance and creative direction.

Requirements

  • Deep portfolio of short-form video work across TikTok, Reels, or Shorts.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, pacing, and hooks for short-form video content.
  • Experience with B2B or corporate marketing, with the judgment to know when to challenge traditional rules.
  • Ability to use analytics to inform and refine creative decisions.
  • Ability to move quickly from strategy development to hands-on content creation, including filming on an iPhone.
  • Strong emotional intelligence for navigating a corporate environment while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Experience working collaboratively with design teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
