Description

  • Manage delivery of work for assigned clients and serve as the main point of accountability for client satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong strategic relationships with clients and help them achieve their social and community goals.
  • Keep client expectations aligned through timely, clear, and regular communication.
  • Lead project teams, including CM Leads and community teams, and ensure work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with strategists, project managers, and the influencer team to provide a seamless client service.
  • Support Account Directors with pitches to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities through active listening and share those opportunities with the Account Director.
  • Oversee accurate and timely monthly client invoicing according to operational process.
  • Drive AI adoption in community management by researching and implementing AI-enabled workflows and tools.
  • Ensure teams follow required training, tool usage, and responsible, ethical, and compliant AI practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, Community Management Lead, or a similar role in the video games industry.
  • Experience working on successful games.
  • Availability to work in a European time zone.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage an extended team.
  • Good understanding of social media and community management within the video game industry.
  • Client-facing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and decisively under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple project types concurrently and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to prepare and control work schedules and deliver to budget.
  • Ability to prepare, interpret, and use management information reports effectively.
  • Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions to difficult and politically sensitive issues.
  • Superior competency using spreadsheet software.
  • Nice-to-have: Strong understanding and experience with Discord, Twitter, and Facebook.
