Description

Act as a product and subject matter expert across multiple Veeam SaaS products.
Onboard customers of varying complexity across multiple geographies.
Use telemetry to perform customer and account health checks and escalate issues as needed.
Drive new case studies and references with assigned customers.
Collaborate with post-sales and cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience.
Ensure customer-facing activities align with business objectives and use cases.
Provide feedback to Product Management on feature gaps and product limitations.
Help develop documentation for team processes.
Proactively identify customer risks and create remediation action plans.
Work with customers and Veeam employees from a remote office location.
Travel up to 20% of working time.

Requirements

Prior customer success or technical success experience is required; 5+ years is preferred.
Deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 environment, cloud and hyperscaler technologies, and Microsoft applications.
Experience developing and communicating ideas and proposals for team improvements.
Ability to demonstrate patience, understanding, and empathy when managing conflict and concerns.
Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities.
Experience gathering and analyzing success metrics, including current usage and key growth statistics.
Familiarity with ServiceNow and Salesforce.
General understanding of supporting infrastructure such as servers, storage, and networking.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Must be permanently located in Romania, or the application may be declined.
