Description

  • Own renewal of customer maintenance contracts for assigned accounts and territory.
  • Prepare and provide quotes directly to customers and channel partners.
  • Drive customer retention, upsells, upgrades, and additional license sales to meet quota goals.
  • Engage customers in advance of support expiration to assess technical environments and support product adoption.
  • Proactively communicate new product features and connect offerings to customer business outcomes.
  • Work with stakeholders at customer and partner organizations to understand priorities and influence renewal decisions.
  • Cold call customers with lapsed support to reactivate contracts.
  • Partner with Deal Desk, Legal, Sales, and other teams to create renewal agreements, special terms, and NSQs.
  • Negotiate renewal offers with customer executives, including CxO-level contacts.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce and handle inbound renewal inquiries through renewal portals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, customer success, renewals, or related roles.
  • Advanced English and Russian language proficiency.
  • Proven track record of overachieving quota and KPIs.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise accounts with technically complex environments and high transaction volumes.
  • Ability to lead complex customer requests and escalations in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, including executive-level communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment.
  • High-energy, self-motivated approach with the ability to handle high volumes of email and outbound calls.
  • Experience compiling, querying, analyzing, and reporting data.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
  • Understanding of technology.
