Description

  • Own patient outreach and engagement through proactive calls, texts, and emails.
  • Schedule virtual visits and diagnostic procedures such as stress tests and echocardiograms.
  • Provide technical assistance and guide patients through the care experience from first contact to follow-up.
  • Verify data accuracy and maintain accurate patient and operational records.
  • Identify process gaps and document workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support the launch and scaling of healthcare programs in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver a high-quality patient experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Communications, Education, Sociology, Psychology, or Health Sciences.
  • At least 6 months of internship or work experience.
  • Professional experience in high-touch, customer-facing roles such as hospitality, retail, waitressing, or call center work.
  • Background in service-oriented or community-focused fields is preferred.
  • Strong comfort with data entry and learning new healthcare technologies.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
  • Mission-driven and eager to interact with patients and support their outcomes.
  • Fast learner who is adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
