Description

  • Advise customers, partners, and channel partners on strategic solution design and implementation at scale.
  • Support sales opportunities across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales through post-sales relationships.
  • Provide architectural designs and lead large-scale proof of concepts, technical alliance validations, and post-sales deployments.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Veeam product suites for customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Act as an escalation point for partner solutions and the pre-sales organization.
  • Develop whitepapers, best practice guides, competitive analysis, and compete strategies to support engagements.
  • Represent Veeam in community forums, marketing presentations, and technical presentations.
  • Collaborate with field systems engineers and cross-functional product groups as a conduit between teams.
  • Support service delivery partners with deployment engagements and technical solution validation.

Requirements

  • Deep experience with hypervisor technologies from multiple vendors, including VMware, Microsoft, and Red Hat.
  • Hands-on experience with large and complex datacenter infrastructure operations.
  • Experience with the top three hyperscalers: AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Experience with relational database software.
  • Experience with a programming or scripting language for automation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort presenting to groups both on the phone and in person.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as directed.
  • Self-starter who can learn new technologies quickly.
  • Project management skills.
  • Demonstrated expert capabilities in focused solutions.
  • Demonstrated logical mindset and problem-solving skills.
