Description

  • Own and lead complex, multi-phase customer deployments across cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Drive end-to-end customer outcomes from initial architecture through production scale.
  • Embed with customer engineering and leadership teams as a senior technical stakeholder.
  • Resolve critical technical issues across infrastructure, networking, and data systems.
  • Design and own scalable architectures for data discovery, classification, governance, and AI use cases.
  • Lead complex integrations using APIs, workflows, automation, and custom glue code.
  • Guide data pipeline design, ETL processes, and system interoperability at scale.
  • Own the technical relationship with senior engineering and executive customer stakeholders.
  • Lead architecture workshops, design sessions, and executive-level technical discussions.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to influence roadmap and execution.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in a customer-facing technical role with ownership of architecture and delivery.
  • Deep experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus enterprise infrastructure.
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes, containers, and Linux systems.
  • Advanced scripting and automation skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar.
  • Experience designing large-scale system integrations using APIs and distributed architectures.
  • Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and unstructured data systems.
  • Solid understanding of data security, privacy, governance, and compliance concepts.
  • Experience with data access control, encryption, or masking in platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
  • Ability to operate in highly ambiguous environments and drive solutions end to end.
  • Excellent communication skills, including engagement with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with AI/ML systems, Generative AI, or RAG-based architectures (nice to have).
  • Background in data governance, DLP, DSPM, or privacy platforms (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with GDPR, SOC2, ISO 27001, or similar regulatory frameworks (nice to have).
  • Experience with enterprise tooling ecosystems such as ServiceNow or Elastic (nice to have).
