Description

  • Own GSI-sourced and GSI-influenced revenue across the Americas.
  • Build and execute joint business plans to grow pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and improve win rates.
  • Lead structured sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through motions with GSI partners.
  • Develop executive relationships with senior leaders across GSI sales, alliances, data, and AI practices.
  • Lead executive engagements, quarterly business reviews, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Align partner activity with Veeam’s regional and global priorities across data, cloud, and AI.
  • Drive joint campaigns, customer workshops, and industry-focused solution plays.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering on value-based, outcome-driven messaging.
  • Build a predictable pipeline through joint account planning and partner collaboration.
  • Enable GSIs on Veeam’s Data Resilience platform, cyber recovery capabilities, and Data + AI Trust vision.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, partner sales, or alliances.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Proven success driving revenue through GSI or ecosystem-led sales models.
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of data platforms, cloud ecosystems, cybersecurity, and AI-driven architecture.
  • Experience working with large, complex global partners.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
  • Experience working with leading GSIs is preferred.
  • Background in data protection, data platforms, AI/ML ecosystems, or cyber resilience is preferred.
  • Experience building joint solutions around data governance, AI readiness, and trusted data frameworks is preferred.

Benefits

  • Pay range of CAD $277,800 to $515,900, with base pay plus a performance-based bonus or OTE depending on the plan.
