Description

  • Own and manage the full AMP program lifecycle from intake and planning through execution, validation, reporting, and client delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for program performance, timelines, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure delivery against fixed regulatory and client deadlines and provide status reporting, risk visibility, and escalation to leadership.
  • Design and maintain a process-driven, capacity-aware execution model that improves predictability and scalability.
  • Translate quality reporting requirements and AMP specifications into clear timelines, work plans, and delivery plans.
  • Maintain a structured system of record for milestone tracking, documentation, risk logs, and delivery confirmations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Technical Leads, SMEs, Data/Validation teams, Client Success, and Operations.
  • Align competing priorities, manage interdependencies, and ensure effective handoffs across workstreams.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage issues through resolution.
  • Serve as a senior client-facing contact and support webinars, reporting updates, stakeholder briefings, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, healthcare quality reporting, HEDIS operations, or regulated healthcare environments.
  • Demonstrated progression in scope and accountability within program or operations roles.
  • Experience managing deadline-driven initiatives with multiple cross-functional dependencies.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and risk management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex regulatory or technical requirements into structured execution plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading HEDIS programs or quality reporting initiatives is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AMP program requirements or California quality programs is preferred.
  • Experience managing audit-sensitive deliverables is preferred.
  • Experience building scalable program infrastructure in a growing organization is preferred.
