Description

  • Own end-to-end execution of multi-touch ABM campaigns across priority verticals, from targeting through pipeline contribution.
  • Build and run vertical-specific campaigns based on segment personas, pain points, and competitive landscape.
  • Partner with Content, Web, Design, and Marketing Operations to create assets, landing pages, nurture programs, and audience segments.
  • Serve as the marketing counterpart to Sales vertical PODs and align on account prioritization, campaign plays, and pipeline coverage.
  • Maintain and refine target account lists with Sales PODs and RevOps using intent data and firmographic signals.
  • Manage the campaign calendar for assigned verticals, including planning, sequencing, and conflict identification.
  • Develop campaign briefs that define audience, messaging, channel mix, and success criteria before launch.
  • Build campaign dashboards to provide Sales and leadership visibility into account engagement and pipeline influence.
  • Track ABM performance metrics and share insights and recommendations with the Director of Growth Marketing.
  • Contribute pipeline attribution data for quarterly business reviews tied to ABM activity.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
  • At least 2–3 years of hands-on ABM campaign experience.
  • Experience executing ABM campaigns, including targeting, audience segmentation, asset coordination, and performance reporting.
  • Vertical marketing experience in Healthcare, Government, Financial Services, or Manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to work closely with Sales teams, ideally in a POD or aligned model.
  • Hands-on experience with Influ2 or a similar person-based advertising platform.
  • Familiarity with a marketing automation tool, with Marketo preferred.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Design, Content, and Sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Clear communication skills, including writing briefs, presenting campaign plans, and coordinating across teams.
