Description

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents by collecting problem details, traces, log files, and reproduction steps.
  • Communicate investigation progress to clients and keep CRM records updated.
  • Use support tools and processes to manage and resolve cases efficiently.
  • Share best practices for deploying and utilizing Varicent products.
  • Meet support KPIs such as SLA, QA, and resolution targets.
  • Collaborate with product, development, and cross-functional teams to report bugs and improve the product.
  • Lead conversations and coordinate activities across departments to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Reproduce and analyze complex issues to identify well-reasoned solutions.
  • Provide guidance that helps customers maximize business value from the product.
  • Support weekend on-call coverage as part of a rotation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • Proven experience working with SaaS platforms is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts, basic database administration, and SQL scripting.
  • Familiarity with client-server architecture.
  • Experience troubleshooting web-based applications.
  • Ability to communicate technical instructions clearly in both verbal and written form to people with limited technical experience.
  • CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Availability for scheduled weekend coverage in an on-call rotation.
  • Experience with analytical tools and technologies is preferred.
