Description

  • Manage travel technology projects from implementation through completion.
  • Support clients with technical inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure seamless integration of travel technology solutions.
  • Analyze user needs and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Work with the development team to enhance existing products and build new software solutions.
  • Communicate with technical teams and travel professionals to keep projects on track and aligned with expectations.
  • Help shape travel technology tools that improve the client experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a travel-related technology role.
  • Strong understanding of GDS systems, including Galileo, Sabre, and Amadeus.
  • Experience with travel booking software and front-end systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business preferred.
