Description

  • Resolve technical problems by troubleshooting incidents, collecting detailed problem information, traces, log files, and reproductions.
  • Communicate investigation progress to clients and keep CRM records accurately updated.
  • Use support tools and processes to manage and resolve cases.
  • Share best practices for the utilization and deployment of Varicent products.
  • Support KPI targets such as SLA, QA, and resolution metrics.
  • Work with clients to lead conversations, coordinate activities across departments, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to report bugs and contribute to product enhancements.
  • Handle technical support for both on-premises and SaaS products through video conference, email, CRM, and other communication channels.
  • Learn the organization’s systems, processes, tools, and team dynamics during the onboarding period.
  • Conduct deeper analysis of complex technical issues, anticipate problems, and build internal knowledge for the team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • Proven experience working with SaaS platforms is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts, including basic administration and SQL scripting.
  • Familiarity with client-server architecture.
  • Troubleshooting experience for web-based applications.
  • Ability to communicate technical instructions clearly in both verbal and written form to people with limited experience.
  • CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Availability for scheduled weekend coverage in an on-call rotation.
  • Must work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours or adjust working hours to align with EST.
