Description

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents by collecting problem details, traces, log files, and reproduction steps.
  • Communicate investigation progress to clients and keep all related records updated in the CRM system.
  • Use support tools and processes effectively to resolve customer cases.
  • Share best practices for the utilization and deployment of Varicent products.
  • Support KPI targets such as SLA, QA, and resolution metrics.
  • Coordinate activities and conversations across departments, divisions, and subject matter experts.
  • Reproduce issues to diagnose root causes and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of complex technical issues and provide well-reasoned solutions.
  • Proactively anticipate and address potential challenges before they escalate.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • Proven experience working with SaaS platforms is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts, including basic administration and SQL scripting.
  • Familiarity with client-server architecture.
  • Troubleshooting experience for web-based applications.
  • Ability to communicate technical instructions clearly in both verbal and written form to people with limited experience.
  • CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Availability for scheduled weekend on-call coverage.
  • Willingness to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours, with flexibility to adjust hours if located outside EST.
