Description

  • Manage and nurture a designated portfolio of customer accounts as a subject-matter expert.
  • Review the impact of new features and fixes against customer organizational needs.
  • Configure Varicent solutions based on customer requirements as requested.
  • Generate and communicate monthly performance and support metric reports.
  • Analyze usage data and metrics to identify remedial actions and maintenance needs.
  • Help implement proactive remedial actions and best-practice optimizations.
  • Troubleshoot errors, bugs, and technical issues while supporting teammates.
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate on sustainable product and project growth.
  • Participate in Success Planning Workshops and customer success planning initiatives.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to review change management processes and propose improvements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in IT consulting or enterprise software implementation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field or related business discipline.
  • Prior experience with query-based languages and relational databases.
  • Strong technical data skills, including SQL, data manipulation, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong business communication skills.
  • Experience gathering and interpreting requirements and matching them to product capabilities.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and understand needs across the software lifecycle.
  • Ability to work with minimal oversight and adapt to evolving processes.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience with Varicent software products is preferred, including administering, implementing, or supporting them.
