Description

  • Serve as the primary owner of each client’s Bazaarvoice technical program throughout the contract period.
  • Partner strategically with clients to ensure technical programs follow recommended best practices and fit their technical infrastructure.
  • Align the technical program with business goals agreed upon by the client and the Bazaarvoice account team.
  • Proactively monitor the health of client technical programs and help prevent issues before they affect program success.
  • Drive adoption of contracted solutions and services and identify opportunities for additional offerings that would benefit the client.
  • Oversee technical client touch points including support cases, implementations, professional services projects, and pilot programs.
  • Act as the single point of escalation for technical engagements with the client.
  • Build relationships with key technical stakeholders to support project progress, expand Bazaarvoice’s technical footprint, and develop client champions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and the broader account team to support holistic account planning.

Requirements

  • 18–24 months of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in technical account management or a similar technical role.
  • Experience in technical consulting or technical project management.
  • Account management experience is a plus.
  • General knowledge of web technology, with coding experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL, and other web scripting technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and practices.
  • Basic knowledge of web analytics tools and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts and processes to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to match technical tasks to business objectives and identify the work needed to achieve those objectives.
  • Ability to identify creative and non-standard ways to use the solution to help clients.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders to develop holistic account plans.

Benefits

  • On-target earnings of $93,330 to $139,995 per year.
  • Compensation may vary based on location, experience, market conditions, education, training, and skill level.
