Description

  • Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts with responsibility for retention, account health, and long-term partnership growth.
  • Drive customer value realisation by defining success metrics, increasing adoption, and maintaining a customer-signed value narrative refreshed each QBR.
  • Manage account health and on-time renewals, including recovery plans for at-risk accounts.
  • Own renewal, upsell, and cross-sell revenue across strategic accounts and manage cycles end to end, including procurement, legal, and contracting.
  • Act as the technical translator between customers and Product/Engineering, including architecture, integration, and security conversations.
  • Gather and prioritize customer feedback and translate operational needs into structured input for Product Management.
  • Lead executive engagement at the C-suite level and represent Complexio independently in strategic customer meetings.
  • Orchestrate internal teams such as Solution Engineering, Delivery, Product, and Support around shared account priorities.
  • Shadow the Co-CEOs in strategic customer interactions and serve as the customer-facing point of leadership for key accounts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in a senior post-sale role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Partner.
  • Experience managing strategic enterprise accounts in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of driving Net Revenue Retention through documented value delivery.
  • Ability to operate credibly at the C-suite level and lead executive conversations independently.
  • Experience running renewal and expansion cycles end to end, including procurement and contracting.
  • Technical fluency to hold credible architecture, integration, and security conversations without being an engineer.
  • Ability to translate operational requirements into structured Product input.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple high-complexity accounts simultaneously.
  • Calm under pressure and energized by a scale-up environment.
  • Desirable: background in maritime, shipping, energy, or industrial sectors.
  • Desirable: experience with AI, data platforms, or knowledge graphs.
  • Desirable: experience managing enterprise accounts in the $500k–$5M+ ACV range.
  • Desirable: ability to step into a hunter role when needed.
