Description

  • Manage and nurture a designated portfolio of customers as the subject-matter expert and primary technical partner.
  • Review new features and fixes, and assess their impact against customer organizational needs.
  • Configure Varicent solutions based on customer requirements when requested.
  • Generate and communicate monthly performance and support metric reports.
  • Analyze usage data and operational metrics to identify required remedial actions.
  • Help implement proactive maintenance and corrective actions for customer accounts.
  • Troubleshoot errors, bugs, and technical issues, and advise on best practices for optimization.
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to support sustainable product and project growth.
  • Participate in Success Planning Workshops to advance Customer Success initiatives.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to review change management processes and propose future-state improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in IT consulting or enterprise software implementation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field or related business discipline.
  • Prior experience with query-based languages and relational databases.
  • Strong technical data skills, including SQL, data manipulation, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong business communication skills.
  • Experience gathering and interpreting requirements and mapping them to product capabilities.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs throughout the software lifecycle.
  • Ability to work with minimal oversight, adapt to changing processes, and manage time effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with Varicent software products, including administering, implementing, or supporting them, preferred.
