Description

  • Manage and nurture a designated portfolio of customer accounts as the technical specialist and trusted advisor.
  • Coach client contacts on technical needs, new feature adoption, and model optimization.
  • Review new features and fixes and assess their impact against customer organizational needs.
  • Configure Varicent solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Generate and communicate monthly performance and support metric reports.
  • Analyze usage data and metrics to identify issues and required remedial actions.
  • Help implement proactive maintenance actions and troubleshoot technical errors, bugs, and hurdles.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to support project and product growth.
  • Participate in Success Planning Workshops and contribute to customer success planning initiatives.
  • Review change management processes with internal stakeholders and propose future-state improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in IT consulting or enterprise software implementation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field or related business discipline.
  • Prior experience with query-based languages and relational databases.
  • Strong technical data skills, including SQL, data manipulation, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience gathering and interpreting requirements and matching them to product capabilities.
  • Strong business communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs throughout the software lifecycle.
  • Initiative and ability to work with minimal oversight and adapt to evolving processes.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience with Varicent software products, including administering, implementing, or supporting them.
