Description

  • Build and execute enterprise account plans to expand share of wallet within existing customers.
  • Define technical strategies and identify whitespace opportunities to increase product adoption.
  • Work closely with product and customer success teams to support expansion and adoption.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for customer health and overall account strategy.
  • Own legal and billing discussions with enterprise customers.
  • Increase customer usage of the Helpshift platform and related services.
  • Track and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline progress and revenue goals.
  • Respond to customer RFIs and RFPs.
  • Use industry networks to open doors and create new business opportunities for Player Engagement Services.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of account management experience supporting game industry customers.
  • Experience engaging with game publishers at the CxO, Studio Head, SVP, or VP level.
  • Experience managing and growing an existing book of business exceeding $20M+ ACV.
  • Existing experience selling to or working within the Player Engagement ecosystem.
  • High attention to detail and ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to operate in a remote environment.
  • Strong team player with high EQ, strong critical thinking skills, and a data-driven mindset.
  • Commercial and business creativity, with a process-driven and execution-oriented approach.
