Description

  • Conduct technical operations for client accounts.
  • Coordinate technical issues related to online campaign launch and run processes.
  • Support technical integration between the platform and clients' e-commerce systems.
  • Work closely with sales teams to deliver high standards of customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of online campaigns.
  • Propose optimization solutions to improve internal and external processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in tech support, analytical roles, and campaign optimization within digital marketing (must have).
  • Experience with one or more programming languages such as HTML, JavaScript, Apps Script, or Python, or experience with systems integration via API.
  • Experience using debugging tools such as Google Chrome DevTools and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4; MMP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • High motivation and willingness to learn.
  • Good time management skills and attention to detail.
