Description

  • Manage and nurture a designated portfolio of clients as the technical expert and specialist.
  • Review the impact of new features and fixes against customer organizational needs.
  • Assist in configuring Varicent solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Generate and communicate monthly performance and support metric reports.
  • Analyze usage data and metrics to identify required remedial actions.
  • Help implement remedial actions to support proactive maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot errors, bugs, and technical hurdles for customers and internal team members.
  • Advise on best practices for optimizations and help upskill the team.
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to support sustainable product and project growth.
  • Participate in Success Planning Workshops and contribute to Customer Success Planning.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to review change management processes and propose future-state improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in IT consulting or enterprise software implementation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field or related business discipline.
  • Prior experience with query-based languages and relational databases.
  • Strong technical data skills, including SQL, data manipulation, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong business communication skills.
  • Experience gathering and interpreting requirements and matching them to product capabilities.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs throughout the software lifecycle.
  • Initiative and ability to work with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving and changing processes.
  • Hands-on experience administering, implementing, or supporting Varicent software products (preferred).
  • SPM software experience (preferred).
  • Familiarity with company culture, policies, and internal systems during onboarding.
  • Ability to manage clients independently and perform all TAM duties after 12 months.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $92,300 to $121,000 CAD.
  • Eligibility for variable compensation.
