Description

  • Own, implement, optimize, and integrate the revenue technology stack to improve go-to-market efficiency and outcomes.
  • Manage and administer revenue tools such as Gong, Clari, ZoomInfo/Ringlead, and related platforms.
  • Evaluate the current GTM tech stack and recommend consolidations, additions, and interoperability improvements.
  • Interface with vendors, manage renewals, and troubleshoot tool-related issues.
  • Educate the GTM team on workflows, tool features, and process changes.
  • Partner with Salesforce administrators to improve CRM data, workflows, and account management.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, enrichment, deduplication, and rep assignment logic in Ringlead and Salesforce.
  • Build and maintain automated lead routing and lead management processes.
  • Architect lead enrichment and routing processes for fast follow-up on high-intent leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing and Marketing Ops to support campaigns, lead quality, and task ownership.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • 3+ years of hands-on CRM administration experience, preferably with Salesforce.
  • Experience with Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, permissioning, roles, and reporting.
  • 2+ years building and maintaining cross-system integrations and data quality processes.
  • Experience with conversational intelligence, revenue forecasting, sales engagement, enrichment/ABM, routing/orchestration, or document automation tools.
  • Experience with API-based integrations, field mapping, error handling, and monitoring.
  • Knowledge of deduplication, normalization, enrichment strategies, data dictionaries, and data governance.
  • Experience with backlog management, UAT, release notes, training, and adoption tracking.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and status updates.
  • Ability to work within Eastern Standard Time business hours and adjust working hours as needed; CRM forecasting or CPQ experience is a plus.
