Description

  • Own, implement, optimize, and integrate the revenue technology stack across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Manage and oversee platforms for intelligence, forecasting, automation, and sales operations.
  • Administer key revenue tools such as Gong, Clari, and ZoomInfo/Ringlead, including vendor coordination and renewals.
  • Troubleshoot tool issues and improve interoperability between core systems and applications.
  • Evaluate the current GTM tech stack and recommend consolidations, additions, or workflow improvements.
  • Partner with Salesforce admins to improve CRM data, workflows, and hygiene.
  • Maintain CRM enrichment, deduplication, account changes, and rep assignment logic.
  • Own lead management processes, including automated lead routing and high-intent lead enrichment.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops to ensure lead quality, segmentation, and task ownership.
  • Educate GTM teams on workflows, new features, and process changes.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • 3+ years of hands-on CRM administration experience, preferably with Salesforce.
  • Experience with Salesforce objects, flows, validation, permissioning, roles, and reporting.
  • 2+ years building and maintaining cross-system integrations and data quality processes.
  • Experience with conversational intelligence, forecasting, sales engagement, enrichment/ABM, routing/orchestration, and document automation tools.
  • Experience with API-based integrations, field mapping, error handling, and monitoring.
  • Knowledge of deduplication, normalization, enrichment strategies, data dictionaries, and governance.
  • Experience with backlog management, UAT, release notes, training, and adoption tracking.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and status updates.
  • Familiarity with CPQ and forecasting is a plus.
