Description

  • Support the primary Technical Account Manager in monitoring the health and performance of Varicent solutions across VIP customer portfolios.
  • Coach users on foundational Varicent functionality, configuration concepts, and best-practice methodologies.
  • Review new features, fixes, and release notes to assess impact on customer environments.
  • Configure Varicent solutions based on documented customer requirements under senior TAM guidance.
  • Prepare and share monthly performance, utilization, and support-related metric summaries.
  • Analyze solution usage and data patterns to identify issues and opportunities for optimization.
  • Implement proactive maintenance actions and solution improvements.
  • Collaborate with TAMs and internal teams to troubleshoot errors, investigate defects, and support solution optimization.
  • Identify customer value realization opportunities and surface them for strategic review.
  • Support customer conversations that position Varicent products against process challenges and enable upsell, cross-sell, and expansion motions.
  • Partner with the TAM team to support sustainable customer engagement, project outcomes, and product adoption.
  • Contribute to planning, estimating, change management, and reusable object repository maintenance.
  • Progress toward independently delivering core TAM activities, including annual health checks, reporting, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Advanced SQL is mandatory.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT consulting or enterprise software implementation.
  • Prior experience with query-based languages and relational databases.
  • Strong experience with SQL data manipulation and Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of system configurations, data models, and data integration best-practice concepts.
  • Understanding of the Sales Performance Management domain is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Varicent software products in an administering, implementing, or supporting capacity is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to support onboarding, internal systems learning, and customer-facing technical work.
  • Ability to work with documented customer requirements and under guidance from a senior TAM.
