Description

  • Lead the design, build, and shipping of a coding harness and related products for systems modernization.
  • Develop full-stack agentic workflows that are production-grade, cybersecurity compliant, and well evaluated.
  • Build integrations across source control, CI/CD, requirements, security scanning, and developer tooling to support end-to-end workflows.
  • Guide the implementation and scaling of agentic systems that support system refactoring and software re-architecture at scale.
  • Partner with customers, mission owners, designers, and product teams to understand workflows and deliver concrete outcomes.
  • Help shape the product strategy for how engineers, architects, and program managers are enabled by AI and agents.
  • Embed with deployed engineering teams to turn early product signal into an enduring product vision.
  • Collaborate across functions to move quickly, iterate with users, and deliver pragmatic, high-impact systems.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Person and hold an active U.S. TS Security clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong technical judgment across full-stack systems.
  • Experience building, evaluating, or operating coding agents, software engineering agents, code intelligence systems, or agentic developer tools.
  • Experience integrating multiple commercial software products and APIs to support interoperability across software engineering workflows.
  • Strong product and market instincts, with direct experience working with users, customers, or mission owners to understand workflows and collect feedback.
  • Proficiency coding in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages.
  • Proficiency with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
  • Experience developing software in AWS or other cloud services.
  • Excellent communication skills, cross-functional leadership, and project ownership.
  • Willingness to travel to offsites, team syncs, and customer sites.
  • Prior experience building software for defense, national security, or intelligence use cases is preferred.
  • Prior experience with systems languages such as Ada, CMS-2, Java, and/or C++ is preferred.
  • Prior experience with DevSecOps, Risk Management Framework, or NIST 800-53 is preferred.
