Description

  • Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs for production use.
  • Develop asynchronous Python applications and support backend engineering work.
  • Design and deliver FastAPI-based APIs with OpenAPI documentation.
  • Implement data models, migrations, and persistence layers using Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic.
  • Build LLM-powered applications using tool-calling and agentic patterns.
  • Develop stateful multi-agent orchestration with LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Integrate or develop MCP servers and clients for AI workflows.
  • Use AI code generation tools to support development work.
  • Support RAG-based solutions and related knowledge graph or Graph RAG approaches when applicable.
  • Work with Docker, Azure delivery patterns, CI/CD workflows, and observability tools to debug and monitor systems.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Python 3.10+ and async programming in production.
  • Hands-on experience delivering FastAPI services, including REST APIs and OpenAPI.
  • Experience with Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic migrations.
  • Practical experience building LLM-powered applications with tool-calling and agentic patterns.
  • Strong familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph for stateful, multi-agent orchestration.
  • Experience developing or integrating MCP servers/clients.
  • Experience with AI code generation tools such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
  • Practical experience with RAG; knowledge of Knowledge Graphs and Graph RAG is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Docker in production environments.
  • Familiarity with Azure delivery patterns and CI/CD workflows.
  • Working knowledge of LLM observability tools such as Langfuse or LangSmith, structured logging, and trace-based debugging.
  • Working experience with TypeScript and React (Next.js) is a plus.
  • Experience with Redis for caching and pub/sub is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting is a plus.
