Description

Lead Flutter mobile app development across Android and iOS.
Own the technical strategy, architecture, and delivery of Flutter applications.
Architect scalable, maintainable, and performant mobile solutions.
Define and promote best engineering practices for quality, clean code, testing, and observability.
Mentor and guide Flutter developers and conduct code reviews.
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.
Ensure code quality, testing, and CI/CD integration.
Stay current with Flutter and Dart trends and best practices.
Manage technical risks and project timelines.

Requirements

7+ years of total development experience, including at least 3+ years in Flutter development.
Strong knowledge of data structures, modern design patterns, and object-oriented software engineering best practices.
Ability to write clean, maintainable code.
Ability to cover all or almost all work with tests.
Understanding of user interface design principles.
Expert knowledge of the Dart language.
Experience developing native Android/iOS applications is a plus.
Knowledge of development and configuration tools such as Git, Jira, and Jenkins.
Experience with RESTful APIs to connect to back-end services.
Knowledge of mobile architectural patterns such as BLoC and MVVM, and familiarity with functional programming principles.
Understanding of DRY and SOLID principles.
Experience creating multi-module projects.
Advanced English, both written and verbal.
