Description

  • Deliver exceptional customer support across voice, email, chat, social media, and other written communication channels.
  • Assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate, timely information.
  • Build positive customer relationships and contribute to customer loyalty, retention, and account value.
  • Maintain performance against team KPIs, targets, policies, procedures, and SLAs.
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries accurately in the CRM system.
  • Handle inbound customer support and customer retention conversations by phone.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and share feedback to improve the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with teammates by sharing knowledge and contributing to a continuous learning culture.
  • Communicate with campaign heads and clients as part of day-to-day work.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and relationship-focused approach with customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in voice and non-voice customer service, preferably in a contact center or similar environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, punctuation, and tone.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner.
  • Proficiency with email, chat, social media platforms, and other communication channels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills focused on customer issues.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive energy, a can-do attitude, integrity, and diligence.
  • Confidence in having daily conversations with campaign heads and clients.
  • Willingness to work from home and visit the BGC office to pick up equipment.
