Description

  • Plan and deliver change across multiple concurrent initiatives, including change strategies, communication, enablement, champions, and adoption measurement.
  • Map stakeholders, define roles and decision rights, and run governance routines such as steering committee updates, forums, and office hours.
  • Lead change impact assessments, baseline readiness, identify resistance points, and co-create mitigation actions with relevant teams.
  • Craft clear communication narratives and “what’s in it for me” messaging for executives and end users across multiple channels.
  • Design role-based training paths, QuickStart guides, and job-embedded aids for AI tools and agents.
  • Partner with tool champions to test features and translate product updates into adoption actions.
  • Define measurement strategies with success metrics and KPIs tied to adoption, usage, and business outcomes.
  • Set up feedback loops and continuous improvement mechanisms to support sustainment after launch.
  • Execute post-launch sustainment plans to embed change into BAU processes and retain value over time.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in change management for digital and technology transformations, ideally across enterprise platforms and modern SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity and make progress with incomplete information using hypothesis-driven, iterative approaches.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently with structured prioritization and clear communication.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across executive sponsors, functional leaders, product and engineering teams, and change champions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts and drive decisions.
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing change strategy, impact and readiness assessments, communications and training plans, and adoption tracking.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity and developer tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting is a plus.
  • Certification or demonstrable experience with Prosci ADKAR is preferred.
  • Familiarity with KPMG change approaches is preferred.
  • Exposure to tool governance and champion networks within a transformation operating model is preferred.
  • Background in product management, delivery, or project management is preferred.
