Description

  • Plan and deliver change across concurrent initiatives by building integrated change strategies and plans.
  • Map stakeholders, define roles and decision rights, and run governance routines that align teams and expectations.
  • Lead change impact and readiness assessments, identify resistance points, and co-create mitigation actions.
  • Craft communication narratives and multi-channel messaging for executives, managers, and end users.
  • Design role-based training paths, quick-start guides, and job-embedded aids for AI tools and agents.
  • Partner with tool champions to test features and translate updates into adoption actions.
  • Define measurement strategies and track adoption, usage, and business outcome metrics.
  • Instrument feedback loops and execute sustainment plans to embed change into BAU processes.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in change management for digital or technology transformations, ideally across enterprise platforms and modern SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity and make progress with incomplete information using hypothesis-driven and iterative approaches.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently with structured prioritization and clear communication.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across executive sponsors, functional leaders, product and engineering teams, and change champions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts and frame trade-offs.
  • Hands-on experience creating change strategy, impact and readiness assessments, communications plans, training plans, and adoption tracking.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity and developer tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor.
  • Certification or demonstrated experience with Prosci ADKAR, with familiarity with KPMG change approaches preferred.
  • Exposure to tool governance and champion networks within a transformation operating model is preferred.
  • Background in product management or delivery/project management is a plus.
