Description

  • Lead technical discovery to assess client systems, configurations, and current challenges.
  • Define, document, and present technical architecture, implementation approaches, and solution recommendations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for designing and implementing technical solutions.
  • Decompose technical work into tasks and assignable project deliverables.
  • Design and configure Atlassian systems to meet customer requirements.
  • Build integrations and customizations based on solution team specifications.
  • Resolve technical issues and ensure system performance and feasibility.
  • Install and configure Jira and Confluence Server on Linux from scratch.
  • Create and implement cloud environments and support Server/Data Center to Cloud migrations.
  • Write technical and functional specifications, and advise on technical implementation decisions.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in ITSM, Agile, or digital transformation consulting.
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket; Jira Align is a plus.
  • Experience producing solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with integrations, automation, and reporting ecosystems around Atlassian tools.
  • Experience with migrations of Atlassian applications.
  • Ability to connect technology features with business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Nice to have: experience implementing solutions with Salesforce and/or ServiceNow.
  • Nice to have: pre-sales or solution engineering experience in a software or services organization.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of ITIL, SAFe, or Lean-Agile frameworks; Atlassian Accreditations, ACP, ITIL, or SAFe certifications are a plus.
